Proclamation No. 185

RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL AND DISPENSARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for hospital and dispensary purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Parang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-4764, to wit:

Lot No. 45-B-1.—A parcel of land (lot No. 45-B-l of the subdivision plan Bsd-4764, being a portion of lot No. 45-B of plan 11-6167, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Parang, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the NE., SE., and SW., by lot No. 45-B-2 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., by Bacolod Avenue. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 74° 10′ W., 163.41 m., more or less from monument No. 2, Parang townsite, thence N. 78° 29′ E., 30.00 m. to point 2;" thence S. 11° 30′ E., 20.00 m. to point "3;" thence S. 78° 29′ W. 30.00 m. to point "4;" thence N. 11° 30′ W., 20.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six hundred square meters (600), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 2° 00′ E.; date of the original survey, February 14-April 20, 1908, and that of the subdivision survey, June 21-22 and November 8, 1936.
