PROCLAMATION NO. 1852

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER SITE PURPOSES, A CERTAINPARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Naturai Resources ana by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and thereby reserve as Municipal Health Center site purposes certain parce! of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THREE (i, 403) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 250, Cad-506-D Roxas Cadastre

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot. 250, Cad-506-D), situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.

Bounded on the Northwest along line 1-2 ny Lot 1188, Psu-124894, Lot 3, Port.); on the Southeast along line 2-3 by Lot 249; along line 3-4 by Lot 1184, all of Cad-506 Roxas Cadastre on the Southwest, along 4-5 by Pining Creek/Legal easement (3.00 m. wide and on the Northwest along line 5-1 by lot 251, Psu- 124849, Lot 3 (Port.) Cad. 506 Roxas Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 68 deg. 38'W., 44.04 m. from BLLM No. 1, cad. 506 Roxas Cadastre; thence:

S. 47-56 °E., 34.03 m. to point 2; 5. 39-55 ‘W., 32.06 m. to paint 3; . S. 40-05 ‘W., 4.56 m. to point 4; N. 57-22 °W., 37.40 m. to point 5;

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THREE (1,403) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. bearings: GRID

This plan Cad 506-D was surveyed on November 15 to December 7, 1994 by Elpidio E. Atienza, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 26, 1995.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, saie, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.
