BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1855

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A. BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT FRONTERA VERDE DRIVE, FRONTERA VERDE, ORTIGAS AVENUE, PASIG CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 09-093 dated 16 March 2009 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Silver City as an Information Technology Center which shall stand on a parcel of land of the private domain located at Frontera Verde Drive, Frontera Verde, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City, containing an aggregate area of Fifty Thousand (50,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 5-B-1-A of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd- 219459 being a portion of Lot 5-B-1, (LRC) Psd-202662, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No.s 699, 875 and 917) situated in the Barrio of Ugong, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 12 to 1 by Lot 5-B-1-B of the subdivision plan and on the SE., points 1 to 3 by Eulogio Rodriguez Jr., Avenue (LOT 6 (LRC) Pcs-i4655) and on the SW., and NW., points 3 to 12 by Lot 5-B-3-B (LRC) Psd-204829.

Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan, being S. 84 deg. 02’ E., 2829 m. from BLLM 1, Wack-Wack;

beginning; containing an area of Fifty Thousand (50,000) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 2 and 1 by PS and the rest by old PS both of cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm., bearings true; declination 0 deg. 50’ E., dated of original survey April 8, 1920 ~ February 21, 1921 and that of the subdivision survey executed by Carlos R. Angeles, Geodetic Engineer on Apri! 22, 1975.”
