BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1856

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Riza! will celebrate its 71% year of independence as a municipality on Wednesday, August 19, 2009;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal, the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, it is but fitting to declare August 19, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 19, 2009, as speciai {non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
