BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 186

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CANLAON, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 March 2023, Monday, the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Pasayaw Festival 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Canlaon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental.
