PROCLAMATION NO.1865

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2009, AS SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN _ RAFAEL,

PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 29, 2009, marks the 259" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 29, 2009, as special non-working day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
