BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1867

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 1, 2009, marks the 95% Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Cotabato the opportunity to celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 1, 2009 as special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 1, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
