DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1987, AS A SPECIAL DAY In THE CITY OF PASAY.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, ULecember 2, 1937, marks the 49th Foundation Anniversary of the Vity of Fasay; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the resicents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate th day with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Fresicent of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 1987, as a special day in the City of Pasay.
