PROCLAMATION NO. 187

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG QUEZON AVENUE, BARANGAY PALIGSAHAN, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Twelve Thousand square meters (12,000 m7), subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 16-135 (S. 2016) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Cenier io be known as BEN-LOR |.T. Center which stands on a parcel of land located along Quezon Avenue, Barangay Paligsahan, Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four and 80/100 square meters (1,484.80 m?) more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 5, Block S-138 Bsd-7365-B

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. RT-85031 (237724) PR-32785 (Lot 5, Block S-138-B of Diliman Estate Subdivision plan Bsd-7365- B, being a portion of Lot R.P. 3-B-1 of plan Bsd-7365, GLRC Record No. 7681), situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City.

Bounded on ihe NE., by Lot 6, Block S-138; on the SE., by Lot 15,

Block S-138; on the SW., by Lot 4, Block S-138; and on the NE., by Lot R-279 (Quezon Boulevard); all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 69 deg. 07’ E., 111.79 m., more or less, from BLLM No. 8, Quezon City;

thence S. 57 deg. 36’ W., 30.00 m. topoint 2; thence N. 32 deg. 23’ W., 49.49 m. to point 3; thence N. 57 deg. 35’ €E., 30.00 m. topoint4; thence S. 32 deg. 23° E, 49.50 m._ tothe point of

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four and 80/100 square meters (1,484.80 m2), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by BL cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm; Bearings, true; date of the original survey, December 1910 to June 1911 and that of the subdivision survey, December 1939 to December 1940.
