BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1871

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mourtain Province was founded on September 16, 1908;

WHEREAS, in order to give the constituents of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting to declare September 16, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 16, 2009, as speciai (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
