PROCLAMATION NO, 1872

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2003 AS SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 17, 2009, marks the 393 Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Provitice of Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting to declare September 17, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAi-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 17, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafos, Province of Laguna.
