DECLARING SEPTEMBER 7, 2009, THE DAY OF INTERMENT OF KA ERANO G. MANALO AS A DAY OF NATIONAL MOURNING

WHRIERIZAS, on September 3, 2009, as a consequence of the death of Ka Erato “Urdy” Manalo. the President signed Proclamation No. 1874 “Declaring a Period of Nationa Praver For and Remembrance of the Late Ka Erafio G. Manalo, Executive Minister of Iglesia ni Cristo”:

WHITREAS, the Igiesia ni Cristo bas determined that September 7, 2009. Monday. is the date of interment ef the late Ka Erdy Manalo:

NOW, THEREPORE, 1, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYOQ. President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby proclaim September 7, 2009, Monday. the dav of interment of the late Ka Erafio Manalo. as a day of national mourning. On this day, flags of all government buildings and installations shall be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset.
