DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, the Municip

ality of Masbate was declared as a component city of the Province of Masbate by

virtue of R.A. 8807 dated September 30, 2000;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 30, 200°, marks the gt Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;

WHEREAS, in order to give the residents of the City of Masbate, the Opportunity to celebrate the occasion,

it is but fitting and Proper to declare September 30, 2009 as special non-working day,
