BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1879

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Monday, September 7, 2009, mars the 438" Foundation Day anniversary and 69'" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite, the opportunity to participate in the various ceremonies and activities designed to give meaning and significance to the occasian, it ‘< out fitting and proper to declare September 7, 2009 as special non-working dé.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMIVA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 7, 2009, as special (non -werking) day in the City of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
