Proclamation No. 188

RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TENEGUIBAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the" following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Teneguiban, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-382-A, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-382-A, N. 19° 38′ W. 1,441.39 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Teneguiban, municipality of Puerto Princesa, thence S. 68° 56′ E. 161.64 m. to point 2; N. 23° 45′ E. 129.29 m. to point 3; S. 75° 28′ E. 153.47 m. to point 4; S. 72° 42′ E. 122.56 m. to point 5; S. 8° 07′ W. 200.73 m. to point 6; S. 7° 42′ W. 170.12 m. to point 7; S. 7° 32′ W. 169.15 m. to point 8; S. 19° 42′ W. 168.86 m. to point 9; N. 83° 13′ W. 230.44 m. to point 10; N. 85° 56′ W. 51.19 m. to point 11; N. 78° 54′ W. 208.32 m. to point 12; N. 5° 24′ W. 224.32 m. to point 13; S. 78° 53′ E. 171.05 m. to point 14; S. 76° 20′ E. 241.74 m. to point 15; N. 12° 05′ W. 232.40 m. to point 16; N. 73° 24′ W. 221.64 m. to point 17; N. 81° 41′ W. 168.83 m. to point 18; N. 6° 40′ W. 223.92 m. to point 19; S. 80° 44′ E. 220.35 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 32.3475 hectares.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the north, by properties of Nicolas Nalica, Domingo Bacaltos, and Francisco Alisangco; on the east, by properties of Lorenzo Pablico and Agustin Miraflores; on the south, by properties of Cornelio Miguel, Candido Grande, and Nicolas Nalica; and on the west, by provincial road, property of Nicolas Nalica, provincial road, and property of Domingo Bacaltos.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 54′ E.
