DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 APRIL 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 19 April 2017, marks the 49'" Charter Anniversary of the City of Tarlac;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac, be } given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate
ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
