Proclamation No. 189

RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILOILO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, a parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines situated in the municipality of Iloilo, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, described as lot No. 1051, Iloilo cadastre, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14792, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14792, S. 71° 01′ E. 1,030.71 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Iloilo, thence N. 55° 24′ E. 81.76 m. to point 2; N. 48° 49′ W. 149.00 m. to point 3; N. 36° 10′ E. 68.09 m. to point 4; N. 58° 11′ E. 295.28 m. to point 5; S. 33° 40′ E. 285.47 m. to point 6; S. 19° 45′ W. 61.93 m. to point 7; S. 75° 58′ E. 43.13 m. to point 8; S. 19° 45′ W. 125.07 m. to point 9; S. 64° 15′ W. 292.10 m. to point 10; N. 64° 15′ W. 104.00 m. to point 11; N. 50° 28′ W. 62.46 m. to point 12; N. 55° 25′ E. 79.72 m. to point 13; N. 33° 35′ W. 78.97 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 158,600 square meters.

Bounded on the northeast, by lots Nos. 1052 and 1066; on the southeast, by lot No. 1066; on the southwest, by lots Nos. 1066, 1065, 1036, 1037, and 1038; and on the northwest, by lots Nos. 1036, 1037, Calle Duran, and lot No. 1052.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 40′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14792.

Surveyed: October, 1911-August, 1912.

Approved: March 12, 1937.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 1051 of Iloilo cadastre No. 23, case No. 4.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
