BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 189

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 APRIL 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Friday, 21 April 2017, marks the 16" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Calamba, Laguna;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba, Laguna.
