BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1893

RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR JOSE J. LEIDO, JR. MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-BUCAYAO ANNEX, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BUCAYAO, CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve as school site purposes for Jose J. Leido, Jr. Memorial National High School ~ Bucayao Annex, under the administration of the Department of Education (DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Bucayao, City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, which are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 172, Bcs-55), situated in Barangay Bucayao, City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 173, Bcs-55; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 4-5-1 by National Road (20.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 12 deg. 36'E., 692.45 M. from MBM No. 8-1, Calapan Cadastre; thence:

These lots were surveyed on July to August 31, 1934 by Geodetic

Engineer Bruno Gondran, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable and disposable through Proclamation.
