DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, October 7, 2009, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite, the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, it is but fitting and proper to declare October 7, 2009 as special (non-working) day. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 7, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
