ANA, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY ENLARGING THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN TO CONFORM WITH THE ACTUAL SURVEY THEREOF Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 368, dated November 15, 1956, which reserved for the Sta. Ana Puericul- ture Center site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Davao, by enlarging the area embraced therein to conform with the actual survey thereof, which lot is more particularly described as follows, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2-A, Csd-11-009319 equivalent to Lot5927-K-7, being a portion of Lot 2, Sta. Ana Addition, Davao Townsite, G.L.R.O. No. Record No. ) situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W. and N., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 2-B, Csd-11-009319; on the E., along lines 4-5-6 by Leon Garcia St. 15 m. wide; and on the S., along line 6-1 by 1st Avenue 12 m.wide. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 060 32' E., 106.00 m. from Mon. 1, Davao Townsite. Thence 0 5,N. 05 0 W. , N. 840 54' E.,N. 840 53' E.,0 ' ES. 05 05 ., S. 160 45' W., S. 840 55' W., 12.51 tn. to point 25.00 tn. to point 9.99 tn. to point 6.20 tn. to point 6.80 tn. to point 32.46 tn. to point 2;3; 4; 5; 6; of beginning, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY (430) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 5 and 6 by Old Points and the rest by BL. Gyl. Gonc. Mons. Bearing true; date of survey, August 10, 1985; and approved on June 9, 1986.
