BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 19

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 8, 2010, marks the “10" Araw ng Digos” of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur.
