MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 19 DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL WHEREAS, on Friday, 19 August 2016, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal marks the signing of its independence as a municipality from the municipality of Binangonan, Rizal; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 19 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
