Proclamation No. 190

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LALAUANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TUMAUINI, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lalauanan, municipality of Tumauini, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-360, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan Mr-360, S. 47° 27′ E. 5,333.00 m., more or less, from Tumauini church tower, thence S. 69° 22′ E. 139.93 m. to point 2; S. 69° 27′ E. 146.63 m. to point 3; S. 14° 29′ W. 122.34 m. to point 4; N. 69° 10′ W. 153.67 m. to point 5; N. 69° 08′ W. 133.72 m. to point 6; N. 14° 48′ E. 120.97 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3.4705 hectares.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by provincial road; on the southeast, by proposed barrio road; on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by property of Emiliana Lucas.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 08′ E.
