DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN~

WHEREAS, on 19 May 2023, Friday, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of its Balangay Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 May 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
