Proclamation No. 191

RESERVING FOR QUARRY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF MANUAÑGAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LIBUNGAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for quarry purposes, under the administration of the Director of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey that may be made, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Manuangan, municipal district of Libungan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the sketch plan, being S. 18° 04′ W. 1,189.14 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Manuangan, municipality of Cotabato, thence S. 62° 06′ W. 18.83 m. to point 2; N. 83° 36′ W. 41.14 m. in point 3; N. 36° 45′ W. 89.98 m. to point 4; N, 71° 18′ W. 87.62 m. to point 5; N. 80° 09′ W. 160.52 m. to point 6; N. 14° 38′ E. 42.85 m. to point 7; N. 18° 53′ E. 21.77 m. to point 8; N. 66° 19′ E. 65.74 m. to point 9; N. 88° 03′ E. 54.25 m. to point 10; S. 75° 58′ E. 50.11 m. to point 11; S. 74° 04′ E. 111.24 m. to point 12; S. 49° 35′ E. 162.56 m. to point 13; S. 42° 01′ "W. 88.35 m. to point .1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 43,498 square meters.

All corners of the quarry are stakes.

Bounded on the NE., by lots Nos. 3267 and 3266; on the SE. and SW., by Cotabato-Davao Interprovincial Road; and on the NW., by lots Nos. 3266 and 3267.
