CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARRIO TAMBLER, GENERAL SANTOS CITY, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, AS AGRO- INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE TO BE KNOWN AS “AGROTEX GENSAN ECONOMIC ZONE” PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippines Economic Zone Authority, 1, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-232 dated 16 May 2007 and Resolution No. 08- 048 as amended by Resolution No. 09-211 dated 22 January 2008 and 13 May 2009, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barrio Tambler, General Santos City, Province of South Cotabato, containing an aggregate area of One Hundred Ten Thousand Nineteen (110,019) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
