BY THE.PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1912

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 2, 2009, marks the 146" Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, in order to give the residents of Pasay City the opportunity to celebrate the momentous occasion, it but fitting and proper to declare December 2, 2009 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 2009, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
