PROCLAMATION NO. 1918

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, October 21, 2009, marks the 56" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipatity of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 21, 2009, as special {mon-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.
