Proclamation No. 192

RESERVING FOR MARKET PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Talakag, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-372, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mi-372, S. 31° 56′ E. 578.22 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 3, municipality of Talakag, thence S. 31° 43′ W. 9.45 m. to point 2; N. 65° 09′ W. 82.98 m. to point 3; N. 30° 59′ W. 27.36 m. to point 4; N. 72° 44′ E. 51.40 m. to point 5; S. 34° 38′ E. 79.67 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,096 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 3, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by provincial road; on the southeast, by lot No. 2; on the southwest, by lot No. 2 and property of Amando Noble; and on the northwest, by street.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-372, S. 31° 56′ E. 578.22 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 3, municipality of Talakag, thence S. 53° 54′ E. 60.06 m. to point 2; S. 11° 02′ E. 45.00 m. to point 3; N. 60° 47′ W. 150.23 m. to point 4; N. 10° 46′ W. 33.65 m. to point 5; S. 65° 09′ E. 82.98 m. to point 6; N. 31° 43′ E. 9.45 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 4.893 square meters. Points 1, 2, 5, and 6, old B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 1 and provincial road; on the east, by Cabalangasan River; on the southwest and west, by property of Florencio Labeta; and on the northwest, by lot No. 1.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 31′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-372.

NOTE.—All corners not otherwise described are B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Lot No. 2 is a portion of H-88735 as surveyed for Florencio Labeta.
