RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TUCALANA, MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tucalana, municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14919, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14919, S. 19° 28′ E. 1,791.50 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Lallo, thence N. 77° 42′ W. 215.96 m. to point 2; N. 5° 28′ W. 40.00 m. to point 3; N. 5° 27′ W. 146.47 m. to point 4; S. 82° 45′ E. 222.89 m. to point 5; S. 2° 09′ E. 203.64 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 41,567 square meters.
Points 1, 2, 4, and 5, P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments; point 3, cross on stone.
Bounded on the north, by property of Tiburcio Martinez; on the east, by public land; on the south, by property of Gregorio Mendoza; and on the west, by properties of Mariano Agcaoili and Agustin Arcangel.
Bearings true. Declination, 0° 12′ E.
