1, CORAZON C, AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the inclusion of the Provinces of Rizal, Laguna, Romblon, Mindoro Orjental, Mindoro Occidental, Camarines Norte and Catanduanes in the areas where a state of public calamity exists in view of the severe destruction of property and loss of life therein brought by typhoon “Sisang"- 7
Tnis Proclamation shall take effect immediately.
