BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 193

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 APRIL 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 25 April 2017, marks the celebration of the 16" Founding Anniversary of the City of Isabela, Basilan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.
