BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 193

DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 09 June 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rosario be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 09 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas.
