PROCLAMATION NO. 1938

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taal, Batanges marks the feast of its patron saint, St. Martin de Tours on Wednesday, November 11, 2009;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of <ne Municipality of Taal, Batangas, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the special religious event that magnifies the overflowing blessings and graces, '* is but fitting and proper to declare November 11, 2009 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, co hereby declare Wednesday, November 11, 2009, as speciai (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
