BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 194

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 MAY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 23 May 2017, marks the birth anniversary of General

Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaquefio and a patriot of the libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 May 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas.
