MALACANANG MANILA

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. - 1949

DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, the Province of Sarangani will.celebrate its 17‘ Foundation Day anniversary and 7 Mulato Festival on November 23 to 28, 2009;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Sarangani, the opportunity to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan requested that November 27, 2009 be declared as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 27, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
