BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 195

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 23 May 2023, the City of Calaca, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaquefio, patriot, and one of the leaders during the libertarian movement in the Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calaca be - given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 May 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calaca, Province of Batangas.
