PROCLAMATION NO. 1950

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER i, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 1, 2009, marks the 438"" Foundation Day | anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta and the celebration of its town fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by | authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 1, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
