MAT-,ACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILTPPINES ,ROCLAMATION 119, 1955 DECTARING FRrDAy, DECEMBER 19, 2OO9 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKTNG) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEG,{RAO WHEREAS, Friday, December 18, 2A09, merks the 10th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City cf Tuguegarao be given full oppoftunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 18, 2009 as a special non-working day. NOW, THEREFORE, I/ EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 18, 2009 as special (non-wr:rking) day in the City of Tuguegarao; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
