ru MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO,1957 DECLARTNG TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION WHEREAS, Tuesday, December B, 2009, marks the 431st Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipatity of Agoo, La Union celebrate and pafticipate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December B, 2009 as special non-working day. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December B, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
