AQZULNG, President of the wrhilippines,; do hereby excluce from the operation of Proclamatiin lo. 582, deted July 8, 7940, which estab- lished the Famy-Infanta forest Reserve in Laguna and wuezon, and Fro¢lamation Ne. 1636, dated april 13, 17979, which esvablished a Netionél Fark, Wildlife Sanctuary and Game Freserve in Reali, ~uezon, certain portion of the lang @noracea theréin situated in Baranecays Eiloloran, vapalong, Tignoan and Tanauan, Municipality of Heal, Yrovince of wuezon, and in the Municipality of amy, Province of Lamune, and aeclare said portion which is below 18% in slope as alienable and disposable for the yesettlement program of the Department of Agrarian Reform and which is more particularly described as follows:
