MALACANANG MANILA hiP,.} DECLARING 1 JULY 1993 AS A SPECIAL DAY PROVTNCR 'OF otrn1RRN T .RV'1'R IN THE WHEREAS, Thursday, 1 July 1993, marks the 33rd Charter Anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte; and WHEREAS, the residents' in Southern Leyte should be afforded an opportunity to celebrat,e this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by viltue of the powers vested in me by section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 July 1993, as a special day in t:he Province of SouthernLeyte.
