BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 196

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 16 June 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its 68" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.
