PROCLAMATION NO. 197

DECLARING TUESDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 24 October 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of the Cimmarones Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 24 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.
