BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1975

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 18, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN SANTA ROSA CITY, LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Mor:day, January 18, 2010, marks the 218" Foundation Day anniversary of Santa Rosa City, Laguna;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Santa Rosa City,

Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 18, 2010, as special (non-working) day in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
