RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO BULANAO, MUNI- CIPALITY OF TABUK, KaLINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary ef Environment ang Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAGON C. AYUINO, President of the Philippines, do herebvy withdraw from sale and settlement ang reserve for building site purposes of the Development Bank of the Philippines under the administration of the Governor of the Development Sank of the Fhilippines, subgect to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of lanc of the pudlic Gomain situated in Barrio sulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Frovince of kalinga- epareo, island of Luzon, which is more particularly ces-
