MAI-"ACAANG MANILA p (-(,4 PROCLAMATION NO. 198 TRANSFERRING THE JOHN CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT JOHN HAY, AND DECLARING DEVELOPMENT CENTER AND RESERVATION PURPOSES HAY AIR STATION TO THE BASESAUTHORITY, RENAMING IT AS CLUB IT FOR 'roURISM, HUMAN RESOURCE MULTIPLE USE FOREST WATERSHED Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby transfer the ownership, administration and control over the John Hay Air station covering an area of Five Hundred Seventy (570) Hectares, more or less, to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). Subject to provisions of lciw, the adjacent areas now occupied by the Voice of America and the United States Ambassador's residence shall be tpansferred to the BCDA upon the turn over of these properties to the Republic of the Philippines. The foregoing area, hereinafter called Club John Hay, is hereby declared for tourism, human resource development center and multiple use forest watershed reservation purposes. ~ \ 1" The BCDA shall be the governlng b4:>dy f°Ii' Club John Hay.
