BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 198

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 03 April 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 169 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balangiga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 03 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar.
