PROCLAMATION NO. 1981

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 25, 2019, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, Monday, January 25, 2010, marks the 439" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 25, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
